1. General.

The parties referred to in this policy are HoneyPot.Vegas and you, the user.

When a potential advertiser establishes an advertising account with us and agrees to our specific advertiser agreement, this individual is now considered to be an Advertiser. This holds true whether he or she has published or prepared an advertisement.

Furthermore, advertisers (and any related data collection) are not governed by this Privacy Policy. Instead, they are governed by the guidelines dictated by the advertiser agreement. From here on in, advertisers are no longer considered to be “users.”

This Privacy Policy is applicable to users and details how we make use of the information we get when you visit our site or partake in any of our online services. It doesn’t pertain to any information that we may get about you from other channels. You are giving us consent to have and use your information as detailed in this document, no matter when it was obtained.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or revise this policy as well as any of our other agreements and policies in any manner and at any time. As such, we recommend that you, from time to time, check to see if there have been any modifications to this policy.

At this point, we would also like to note that the date of the last time that this policy was revised can be found at the top of this page. If this date is different than the one that you saw on your previous visit, it indicates that the Policy has been edited/updated in the interim. Furthermore, from the moment that it is posted, this new policy supersedes any previous versions.

There are several ways for the users of our site and services to interact with us. As of right now, you are not required to pass through any pages that are actively collecting your data. The information that is gathered is limited to Referral URLs, cookies, IP addresses, and other similar passive forms of information. These are further explained below.

Still, it is important to note that we request/collect essential information (this includes your name, age, email address, phone number, IP address, and device identification) from Potential Advertisers. Furthermore, we reserve the right to use the information gathered in the registration process to help Potential Advertisers become Advertisers. We also reserve the right to use the information that you provide voluntarily in a manner that is in accordance with the provisions that are detailed in Section V and VIII. This voluntary data refers to feedback, comments, and other similar forms of information.

We believe it’s necessary to gather anonymous information about you for the effective operation of our site and services. We believe that this enhances your experience on our site as well. Any information collected from Potential Advertisers might be used to help these individuals complete the registration process and for research and/or marketing purposes.

Furthermore, voluntary data can be used in any manner that we deem fit. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional purposes or any use detailed in Section VIII.

Although we don’t have the ability to recognize all Do Not Track signals, you have the option to prevent the use of certain cookies. All you have to do is edit the settings in your browser. VII. Third-Party Data Tracking.

We are currently using third-party services to help us monitor and track certain usage data. This data is collected over time and across certain websites. These entities are also helping us gauge the effectiveness of certain marketing campaigns.

It’s important to note that we do not provide these third parties with any personally identifying information. But, it is still within their rights to collect generalized activity data from you. Both the collection and use of this information might be subject to the policies upheld by the relevant third-party advertising agent. We do not share or use your information in ways that are not detailed in this policy. However, if faced with such a dilemma, we will give you an opportunity to opt-out or object to this type of usage.
